Chef Heather
Heather's passion for food developed at an early age. Her family owned a restaurant for over 50 years which is what initially sparked her desire to become a chef. She spent her time learning culinary artistry and techniques in Paris as a student of Le Cordon Bleu. Prior to catering, Chef Heather has worked as the head chef at the estate of a prominent local family and as a private chef to elite clientele. Her time spent as a private chef took her around the world, she has worked and traveled on Mega Yachts, in Private Villas and multiple high end estates around the world.
Chef Alessandro
Alessandro has an Italian background, originally from Venice he gained his exceptional culinary experience while working throughout Europe. Chef Alessandro has worked in both a Michelin-star restaurant and multiple Five-Star hotels. Locally, he has received a nomination for the Nevada Restaurant Association (NRA) Culinary Excellence award.
Tara Chavez
Director of Sales
Tara brings over 25 years of experience in corporate, social, and event planning, with a proven track record of excellence in customer service, budgeting, and seamless event execution. Her deep-rooted background in food & beverage and catering allows her to craft top-tier menus and deliver unforgettable experiences tailored to each client’s vision. Known for her exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and unwavering dedication, Tara consistently exceeds expectations in every aspect of her work.
When she’s not orchestrating events or fine-tuning details, Tara enjoys spending cherished time with her three children and three grandchildren, finding joy and inspiration in family life.
